1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of cleanmatic.com.au and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

The site is operated by Expert Management Group Pty Ltd (ABN 26 610 187 089), trading as Cleanmatic, of Suite 805, 6A Glen Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Expert Management Group Pty Ltd, and "you" means the person placing the order.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if there's been a pricing or description error, or if we can't verify your payment or delivery details. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is additional unless the order qualifies for free shipping — see our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Timeframes shown there are estimates from our carriers.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and guarantees

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out our 30-Day Money Back Promise and our 12-Month Quality Guarantee. Both are offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Product information

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens. Packaging and minor product details may change from time to time.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, video, logos, product designs and the Cleanmatic name — is owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

8. Using the site

You agree not to interfere with the site's operation or security, use it for anything unlawful, scrape it with automated tools, or submit false information. If you post a review or other content, you confirm it's your own honest experience, and you give us permission to publish it.

9. Our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent, or refunding what you paid for it.

We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
