Yes. The mop and bucket have a 12-month quality guarantee against defects. Consumables and wear parts, like the mop cloths, aren’t covered. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply too.

The set pairs a flat mop with a collapsible bucket. The mop has a 42cm flat microfibre pad on a 360° swivel head, a built-in detergent reservoir and a rubber edge that works as a squeegee. The bucket has a double scraper wringer built in, plus a carry handle.

To wring, you pull the pad through the scraper. Your hands stay dry the whole time.

It suits sealed timber, laminate, hybrid, vinyl, tile, stone and sealed concrete. Please don’t use it on carpet, rugs or unsealed timber.

No. The wide flat pad picks up crumbs, dust and hair as it goes, so you can start mopping straight away.

Use the scraper. For tile, pull the pad through once. For timber, pull it through a few times so the pad is close to dry.

Yes. The mop head has a built-in detergent reservoir for your floor cleaner. Check that the cleaner you choose suits your floor.

The cloth is machine washable. Wash it cold or warm, skip the fabric softener and line dry it.

After each clean, rinse the pad, wring it dry and leave the mop to air dry. Or take the cloth off and pop it in the wash.

Let the bucket dry open, then fold it flat. The carry handle makes it easy to move and put away.
